Opportunities in the G6 precinct will set the benchmark for commercial space in Gungahlin. There is set to be room in the precinct for bespoke retail space, sustainable offices, signature cafes, dining and a landmark hotel.


Gungahlin is a vibrant town centre experiencing rapid development across the residential, commercial and infrastructure sectors.

By 2028 the population of the Gungahlin district is expected to be about 106,000 people – 31,000 more people than now. The town centre will see much of this growth, both in number of residents as well as employment and economic activity.
